This Induction session is the first of two components in an HTA course designed to prepare and mentor presenters for HTA’s professional learning program. It can be completed as a stand-alone component or as the first step in completing the course that will also involve presenting, evaluation and reflection.

History Teachers' Association of NSW through the Professional Teachers’ Council NSW- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) as the endorsed provider of QTC Registered professional development for the maintenance of accreditation at Proficient, Highly Accomplished, and Lead levels. Completing the HTA Presenter Course, First instalment will contribute 2.5 hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 3.3.3; 6.3.3; 7.4.3 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Highly Accomplished Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
