• ?All prices are GST inclusive and are subject to change without notice (including postage and handling rates).
• All prices are 'flat rate' only - that is, there is no 'GST-Free' rate available for overseas customers.
  
• All orders and sales are made on a FIRM ORDER basis and therefore claims and returns are not available for customer�s �change of mind' or 'overstock' of item.
• Postage and handling charges apply to all orders and backorders.
• Full payment must be received prior to dispatch of goods for all online orders.
• �Official School Orders� � please print out your 'manual order form' and attach it to an offical 'School Purchase Order' and submit it to the HTANSW Office directly.
  Online ordering is NOT available in these circumstances.
  
• Goods ordered are supplied subject to availability.
• In most circumstances goods will be dispatched between 2-5 working days.
  Excepting circumstances include:
  - Goods that need to be back-ordered
  - Office closure during holiday break periods
•  Goods will be dispatched through Australia Post and liable to their scheduled delivery times. We take no responsibility for any possible delays or loss due to Australia Post.
• The delivery of goods shall occur at the buyer�s risk at all times, including the risk of loss or damage.
