| VENUE ACCESS & SUPERVISION |
Access to University facilities The guests (teachers and students) associated with this event are only permitted to access the booked venues and the public spaces of the University. Hazardous areas Areas displaying the "Authorised entry only" signage contain specific hazards. No person is permitted to enter these spaces without permission and direct supervision by the University supervisor of the area. Supervision requirements Direct supervision of students must be provided by the participating schools at all times. Students must arrive on campus and leave the campus with their school group. Student behaviour Disruptive students may be asked to leave the venue or University, with teacher supervision. Venue room capacities All University venues have specific maximum room capacity and must not be exceeded. No one is permitted to sit or stand on the stairs or passageways within lecture theatres. |

The staff leading each session must be familiar with the emergency procedures for the venue and take responsibility for directing the participants as required.
