Australian History Curriculum Reference Group
The Australian History Curriculum Reference Group was appointed by the Minister for Education, Science and Training, the Hon Julie Bishop MP on 25 June 2007 to continue the work that began at the Australian History Summit in August 2006.

Guide to the Teaching of Australian History in Years 9 and 10
Prime minister John Howard announces the completetion of the "Guide to the Teaching of Australian History in Years 9 and 10" developed by the Australian History Curriculum Reference Group.The Guide aims to provide the rationale and objectives for the study of Australian history in Years 9 and 10 as a separate subject in schools across Australia.
